  1. SOFTWARE LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY
  2. As a proprietary product of MAIDinNZ, the software
  3. application FileMaid is protected by copyright laws. 
  4. At all times MAIDinNZ retains full title to the 
  5. software. Subject to your acceptance of and in
  6. accordance with the terms and conditions stated in 
  7. this agreement, you will be granted a limited 
  8. single-user software license. Any previous 
  9. agreement with MAIDinNZ is superseded by this
  10. agreement.

  12. USAGE AND REDISTRIBUTION
  13. You may use, copy and distribute this software 
  14. freely, so long as all distributed files are 
  15. included in any copy made or distributed. There 
  16. are, however, three things you may not do.
  17. 1  You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  18.      reverse engineer or translate the 
  19.      Software.
  20. 2  You may not remove proprietary notices, labels 
  21.      or marks from the Software or Software 
  22.      Documentation.
  23. 3  You may not provide any other person with a copy 
  24.      or copies of the Software other than the 
  25.      complete distributable zip file.

  27. LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
  28. Except as specifically  stated in this agreement, the 
  29. software and software documentation is provided and 
  30. licensed "as is" without warranty of any kind, either 
  31. express or implied, including but not limited to the 
  32. implied warranties of merchantability and fitness 
  33. for a particular purpose. In no event will MAIDinNZ 
  34. be liable to you for any damages, including without 
  35. limitation lost profits or revenues, loss of data, 
  36. business interruption loss, recovery or substitution 
  37. costs, or claims by third parties, or other indirect 
  38. incidental or consequential damages, arising out of 
  39. the use or inability to use the software, even if 
  40. MAIDinNZ has been advised of the possibility of such 
  41. damages. In no case shall MAIDinNZ's liability exceed 
  42. the amount of the license fee paid by you for the 
  43. software.

  45. GENERAL
  46. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New
  47. Zealand. The prevailing party in any action or 
  48. proceeding brought in connection with a breach of this 
  49. Agreement will be entitled to reimbursement by the 
  50. other party for costs and reasonable legal fees.
  51.
